The table is the catalogue itself. Each row is one exact printing — this card, from this set, in this finish — and the last column is either an invitation or a link into your own stock.
Reading a row

| Picture and name | The artwork we hold, and the name with its collector number. The number matters when a card was printed several times in one set. |

| Rarity / Type | Rarity for singles; for sealed, the kind of box — Booster Box, Elite Trainer Box — which is the same word customers filter by on your storefront. |
| Finish (singles only) | Nonfoil, foil, etched. Each finish is its own row and its own market price, so add the one you are actually holding — a foil listed as a nonfoil is priced wrong from the start. |
| Variants and Stock | A dash until you carry it. Once you do, how many versions you list (conditions, languages) and how many units in total. |
Add to shop
Creates your listing for that printing and leaves you where you are, so you can keep working down the page. The message confirms it and tells you the next step, because a claimed card is not yet on sale:
- It arrives with no price and no stock.
- Open it — the button becomes In your shop — edit — and add a variant with a condition, a price and a quantity.
That is deliberate. Claiming says "I sell this"; the variant says "I have this one, near mint, three of them, at this price". A card you claim and never stock simply never appears on the storefront, so there is no harm in claiming a whole set and pricing it later.
Where the price comes from
A variant can follow the market, which keeps its price in step with the catalogue's reference price converted into your currency, or you can pin your own. That choice is per variant, on the product's page.
If Add to shop isn't there
Either you already carry it — the button says In your shop — edit instead — or your role doesn't include managing products, in which case the row reads Not stocked and you can look without changing anything.
