The index of everything the shop can tell you. Each report answers a different question:
- Sales — what did I take, over a date range? Revenue, orders, units, discounts, VAT, refunds and (with Cost tracking) margin.
- Conversion funnel — where do shoppers drop off between putting something in a basket and paying? Also lists payments that were started and never finished.
- VAT — the figures for your VAT return, split domestic / EU OSS / exports.
- Traffic — who visited, where they came from, what they looked at and what they searched for. Needs the Shop analytics feature.
- Till sessions — the cash-up history for every till. Needs Point of sale.
All of them are read-only, and all need the reports.view permission.
