Navigation: translating the menu

If your plan includes more than one language, tabs appear above the menu bar — one per language, with your main language first.

The rule that matters

Structure is edited on the main tab only. Adding, removing, reordering, images, landing pages, mega columns — all of it happens on your primary language. A language tab does exactly one thing: rename items into that language.

That's why the other tabs have no ✕, no drag handles and no + buttons. It isn't a limitation to work around — it's what stops the menu having a different shape in French than in English.

A blank box is not a mistake

Leave a name empty on a language tab and it isn't translated: a shopper reading in that language sees your main-language name, shown in grey on the tab so you can tell at a glance what's still untranslated.

So you can translate the six things that matter and leave the rest, rather than having to do all of it before any of it works.

Saving

One Save navigation saves every language at once — you don't save per tab.
