A single list of everything that has run down to the point where you'd want to reorder it. Nothing appears here automatically — an item joins the list once you give it a reorder point.
How an item gets on the list
The reorder point is the level at which you want to be told. An item is listed when on hand is at or below its reorder point — so a reorder point of 6 on an item with 4 in stock puts it here; restock to 7 and it drops off by itself.
Set the number in the Reorder point box and press Save. You can also set it from the stock scanner while you're standing at the shelf, which is usually when you notice.

| Reorder point | Editable in place. Set it to 0 to effectively stop tracking that item. |
Picking a sensible number
A rough rule: set it to what you'd sell between placing an order and it arriving, plus a little. A booster box you reorder weekly and sell two of might sit at 3; a single you keep one of on principle sits at 1. There's no penalty for guessing — change it whenever the number turns out to be wrong.
